Fear – an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that something or someone is dangerous, likely to cause pain or a threat.

1. Recognize exactly what you fear and what triggers it.
-This is going to require honesty and transparency
-You’ll never overcome fear until you admit is an issue

2. Fact the facts
-You need to face your fears head on
-This requires you to be vulnerable because your attacking your worse thoughts

3. Cleanse yourself from negative thoughts
-Past Experiences
-Free yourself from the results of other’s experiences
-Most of your fear comes from other’s opinions

4. Focus on what will be gained after you overcome your fear
-Improved Relationships
-Boost In Self Confidence

5. Reprogram your thoughts-View fear as excitement
-Studies show that the body responds the same to fear as it does excitement

6. Fear can make you think and force you into better preparation
-Fear can cause you to listen and change in a positive way if you allow it to
-When you listen, you’re starting the process of changing for the better
